BioI am an experienced Life and Career Coach, a professional who supports, empowers, and challenges individuals to help them realize their personal and professional goals and get reconnected with their personal values.
As a coach, I help people become more conscious about living their life with purpose, meaning and passion. I guide them through an exciting journey of self-exploration, looking at their unique and special gifts, talents, interests and preferences, and overcoming their fears and blocks to success. Together we look at different areas of their life and get a clear vision for each area. We identify and clarify goals for people to achieve during our work together and determine specific steps towards these goals. I help my clients develop a focused and effective strategy to achieve their immediate, short- and long-term goals. I also assist them to acquire any skills and knowledge they need to transition into their new lifestyle or career.
